ER and AR sounds

 Ahoy, sailors!

Today is almost the last day of working with sounds individually! From now on, we are going to work with them mixed.

In this lesson, we are going to work with the ER sound, which can be found in words like mixER, summER, wintER, or gERm. 

We also are going to work with the AR sound, which can be found in words like ARm, cAR, or stAR. 

In both cases, we are not going to pronounce the R sound as hard as we usually do, it must be really soft, almost inaudible. Here I leave you both sounds songs so you can hear at home how are their pronunciations:



Every time you hear the ER sound, you have to make this movement:

And every time you hear the AR sound, you have to act like this:


Here I'm leaving you some writing activities, the last ones of this lessons. But we will work with writing skills in other ways.
